Fixing the Lead Leak and Building Paid Search for Pech Limo

Pech Limo was quietly sending its own booking requests to a sister company and hiding its quote form. DataWired Solutions fixed the leak, surfaced the quote path site-wide, and built a season-aware Google Ads program.

Pech Limo is a Kansas City luxury and special-event transportation company — weddings, proms, party buses, wine tours — sharing a fleet with its sister brand, Exclusive KC. It had a lead problem it couldn't see.

The challenge

The quote form was effectively invisible: no path to it from the homepage, services, or nav, and the dedicated quotes page returned a 404. Worse, the booking widget was misconfigured to Exclusive KC's account — so Pech was quietly routing its own booking requests to its sister company.

What we did

  • Traced and fixed the booking misconfiguration so every request now flows to Pech's own account, correctly attributed.
  • Surfaced the quote path site-wide — a reusable quote section, a persistent "Get a Quote" button, and a fixed, dedicated quotes page.
  • Built a season-aware Google Ads program: four campaigns across weddings, prom and graduation, party bus and celebrations, and wine tours.
  • Set up reciprocal negative keywords so Pech and Exclusive KC never bid against each other on the shared account.

The results

  • The lead leak is closed — Pech's booking requests now reach Pech, not its sister brand.
  • The quote form is everywhere it should be, confirmed across the production site instead of hidden behind a broken link.
  • A season-aware paid-search program is built and import-ready, structured so two sibling brands grow without competing.
