How Paid Search Multiplied CleRoyale's Booking Requests

A Wix-to-Next.js relaunch, data-driven Google and Microsoft paid search, and first-party conversion tracking turned a quiet inbox into a roughly 10x jump in booking requests for a Cleveland luxury transportation brand.

CleRoyale is a luxury ground-transportation company in Greater Cleveland. The demand was there — but the leads "felt invisible," and there was no way to tell what marketing actually worked.

The challenge

CleRoyale ran on a slow Wix site with no conversion tracking and a thin, few-keyword Google Ads account. Every booking request arrived with no source attached, so marketing decisions were made on instinct instead of data.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the site on a fast Next.js foundation, with a mapped 301 redirect plan so search rankings carried over cleanly.
  • Built Google and Microsoft paid-search campaigns from roughly two years of the client's own conversion history — not guesswork.
  • Instrumented first-party conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager + Consent Mode v2) that tags every lead with its source.
  • Layered on technical and local SEO so paid and organic demand grew together.

The results

Measured directly from CleRoyale's live booking database at launch:

  • A roughly 10x jump in booking requests — 34 in May and June combined, then 282 in July alone.
  • Paid search drove about half of the new demand; the relaunch and SEO drove the rest.
  • Every lead is now sourced, so budget decisions run on evidence instead of instinct.

The revenue and return-on-ad-spend picture is the next chapter — and the tracking to measure it honestly is already in place.
